Nevada bested Morehead State 77-68 last night in game two of the College Basketball Invitational championship series. Freshman Cameron Oliver posted a 14 point, 11 rebound double-double as well as sending three Morehead shot attempts in the opposite direction. The Wolf Pack shot 22-44 overall, 6-10 from long distance and lived at the foul line, 27-42, as the game had its rather chippy moments.
The series is tied at one apiece and the victor will be determined Friday, April 1 in Reno. Mills Lane better be called in to ref.
