Ong signs local

Chabot College's Kurtis Ong has signed with Holy Names University in Oakland. The 5-foot-11 former St. Ignatius backcourter will be playing for Coach Omar Sanchez.

Ong averaged 4.8 points per game this past season, shooting 45% overall and 45% from three-point range. He passed for 2.6 assists a contest.
